The past 2020 year was unprecedented. As a result of the world wide Covid-19 epidemic, travel was decimated. Many good travel companies were forced to close their doors. Many great people working in the Travel Industry lost their jobs, temporarily or permanently. At the time of this writing, the pandemic is yet to be contained as we wait for a vaccine.
Yet, we must remain positive and hopeful! I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of our customers, travel agents and partners for their patience and understanding as we continue to deal with the consequences of COVID-19. Having survived past epidemics and other calamities, we choose to believe that this too shall pass and that travel, as an essential part of our lives, will return in all its glory! Therefore, in order to give our customers the peace of mind to consider travelling with us in 2021 we are implementing the following relaxed Terms & Conditions in the hope that we will earn your trust and continued support going forward. Here is a summary.
• Deposits: For all bookings in 2021 we are reducing our deposits from $250 per person to $110 per person (or $220 per couple as a nod to 2020).
• Final payments: We are reducing the final payment deadlines from 120 days to 60 days prior to each departure – by which time we will all know if it is safe to travel.
• Cancellation penalties: Waived for all cancellations received up to 61 days prior to travel.

In addition, rest assured, that all of our land and cruise suppliers worldwide have implemented new and stringent safety protocols in order to assure the safety and comfort of our customers as well as the staff and crews that will service you! While the lists are extensive and somewhat different from country to country (you can access the full details on our web site), here are a few of the most important points that apply to all.
• All crew and staff members will wear masks and will be checked daily.
• Social distancing measures will apply throughout.
• No self-serve buffet’s – waiters will serve food at the tables
• If ships are full, all meals will be served in 2 rotations so the restaurants are never more than half full.
• On excursions large 42/48 seat buses will be used for a maximum of 25 to 30 people, sitting in a zig-zag manner • All excursions will use individual audio devices which each passenger will keep for the duration of the program.
Last but not least, as a small family operated business we assure you that, after 29 years, the safety and comfort of our customers will always come before any corporate profits and revenues.
