As soon as you enter this premium floating hotel, you will feel the relaxed lifestyle and elegant atmosphere on board. This is ensured not only by the superb service, but also by the light-flooded architecture and the carefully selected details. Perfectly thought-out room concepts, high-quality materials and warm colors have turned every cabin into an oasis of well-being and comfort. With only 2 decks and a maximum of 88 passengers, the Swiss Ruby is cozy, intimate, with a true feeling of home! Welcome Aboard!
The cabins are spread out over 2 decks and are 15 sq m (162 sq ft) in size. On the Main “Emerald” deck, Category “C” and “B” cabins have large above water Panorama windows (do not open), while the Upper “Diamond” Deck Category “A” cabins feature full floor to ceiling French balconies. Besides a stylish interior, the cabins are equipped with a radio, flat screen TV, minibar, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, shower and WC. The public areas are equally impressive featuring classic wood enhanced bar and evening lounge, a lovely restaurant with large panorama windows and a small souvenir shop. Non-smoking interiors. As we slowly and cautiously return to the “new” normal I would like to express
my sincere thanks to all of our cus- tomers, travel agents and partners for their patience and understanding as we continue to deal with the consequences of COVID-19. Having survived past epidem- ics and other calamities for 28 years, we choose to believe that this too shall pass and that travel, as an essential part of our lives, will return in all its glory! Therefore, in order to give our customers the peace of mind to consider traveling with us in 2021 we are implementing the following relaxed Terms & Conditions in the hope that we will earn your trust and support going forward.
• Deposits: For all bookings in 2021 we are reducing our deposits from $250 per person to $110 per person (or $220 per couple as a nod to 2020).
• Final payments: We are reducing the final payment deadlines from 120 days to 60 days prior to each departure – by which time we will all know if it is safe to travel.
• Cancellation penalties: Waived for all cancellations received up to 61 days prior to travel.
